In May 2010, the bureau distributed an intelligence alert about its findings to select industry personnel and law enforcement officials. Citing confidential sources, the FBI said it believes former employees of the meter manufacturer and employees of the utility were altering the meters in exchange for cash and training others to do so. “These individuals are charging $300 to $1,000 to reprogram residential meters, and about $3,000 to reprogram commercial meters,” the alert states. Click to expand. It does take a lot of experimentation to get it perfect but it's worth it (at least I keep assuring my wife that it is I am now using the new Technotrend S2-3200 card instead of the TT S-1500 but all drivers & software versions are the same & I get the same perfect results with both except that I have a black screen with BBC HD in TT Media Center. DVBViewer is the best DVB programme that I found in the several years that I have been playing with this stuff. Screenshot of DVBViewer 4.9.6.20 running on Windows 7. Original author(s) Bernd Hackbart. It can stream round my LAN, it supports CI & CAM, it can even record/play several channels at once on different PCs if they are all on the same transponder e.g. BBC1/2/3/4 & News 24 all at once! Convert psx iso to ps3 pkg games. I am however finding a couple of other interested gotchas. If I revert to MPEG2 channels or play a DVD using hardware acceleration, then the bottom third of the picture has inverted video. I believe this has been documented elsewhere. I use DVI to my HT1000 project and have been doing this for ages with my old HTPC that uses a Radeon 9000. Originally this PC worked OK through DVI, but now the machine boots OK to DVI and the Windows booting screen is OK, but as soon as it gets to the desktop DVI is switched off and I have to revert to VGA to see the desktop. I have no such troubles with my normall Sony monitor over DVI. I have looked at the setting, but can't find anything to twiddle that will change things. The only thing that I have not done is to revert to the 91.31 driver to see whether things are then back to normal. Seen any of the above before? DVB-S2 PCI cards are a joke, for example 'Technotrend S2-3200 HDTV-S2' why is it called 'HDTV' if it clearly says for HDTV you need '3.4 GHz P4 / 2.2 GHz AMD 3500+ or Dual Core P4 D820 / Dual Core AMD X2 3800+ Gfx: ATI X1600/X1800 oder NVidia 6600GT/7600GT' - it's clearly done in software. Anyway, I use AMD64 3000+, 2GB, 7800GT, Pure Video, ProgDVB and I get smooth playback on HD channels. Also, when playing 1920x1080 file I see my CPU averages between 30-60%. ![]() I don't use PDVD7. When I check filters while playing that HD file my player shows: Default wave Out, AC3 Filter, NVIDIA Video Decorer. OK, still having no success with the COREAVC decoder and DVBViewer. Now, have I made the mistake of buying only the 'standard' edition? Do I need to buy the 'Professional' edition with MBAFF support (whatever that is.I hate acronyms)? As you can see, I haven't a clue. I think it's time to go down the CyberLink road and just cough up £30. The weird thing is that the CyberLink decoder on my comp is still working even though the software has expired. The problem is though, that I dont know how long that will last. It'll probably stop working just 2 mins before I'm going to record 'Armageddon' or something. Any help from you guys in the 'know' please?
